So you are interested in adding a hand-painted custom art mural to your residence or business...
How does this process work? Read on to get some of your questions answered. Still have questions? Feel free to reach out to me for the answers.
Send a message through my contact form to share your project ideas, including your general or specific location, the exact dimensions of the project (if possible), time frame for completion, budget (if you know), the current condition of the wall (painted drywall, brick, cinder block), your preferred means of communicating, and your design ideas. Once we have our initial discussion, I would also love to see any images you might have saved for inspiration and photos of the wall to be painted.
Once we have discussed your ideas, I know the dimensions, and have received images of the space to be painted, I can provide a rough quote and rough sketch ideas for your feedback. There may be a small charge for multiple revisions or more detailed sketches, but usually these are provided for free.
Once we have discussed the initial sketch and the rough quote has been agreed to, I will create a final sketch using your image of the wall to be painted, so you can see exactly what the finished project will look like before I even dip a paintbrush into paint. Once you approve of the final sketch and final quote, we can schedule dates for your project. A 25% supply deposit will be required at this time. For more information on how I price murals, you can read the details here.
I pride myself on working professionally, quickly, cleanly, and with respect to your schedule. I ask that all wall hangings and furniture be moved out of the way prior to my arrival. I will let you know in advance how long I think the job will take. If your project will require me to access an area over 10 ft. off the ground, I will ask that you arrange for a motorized lift or scaffolding. Otherwise, I bring all of the necessaryThe remainder of your payment will be due up date of completion.
